Accounting Assistant

Job Description:

  • Help in creating and updating financial reports

  • Maintain and organize files of clients

  • Monitor and record payment of clients in accounting system

  • Create sales invoices 

  • Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies

  • Monitor receivables of clients

  • Handle cash transactions 

  • Perform other administrative duties as needed

  • Handling bad accounts, answering phone to answer queries and etc.

 

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least:

  • Bachelor’s/College degree in Accountancy, Business Administration/ Management/Finance
